The Google My Business marketing kit website lets you create free posters, social posts, window stickers, signs, and table tents. You can display these items at your store, or digitally through your social presence.

COVID-19 updates

Because of COVID-19, we added printable posters and digital social post templates that focus on business updates. These items can help you communicate changes about your business, like “Temporarily closed” or “Order today for takeout and delivery.” You can find and download these items featured in their own section of the marketing kit.

Eligibility

Important: The marketing kit website is only available in English

Your Business Profile must be verified on Google. Learn how to verify your business.

Your business can use the marketing kit if it meets the following requirements:

  1. Your business must be located in one of the following countries: Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
  2. Your business is not one of the following restricted categories: RV Park (Travel), ATM, Cemetery, Church, City Hall, Courthouse, Fire Station, Hindu Temple, Local government office, Mosque, Police, School, Synagogue, or University.

Get started with your marketing kit

You can create a custom marketing kit for your business that includes options for both physical and digital assets. You can only download and print the marketing kit materials.

  1. Go to the Google My Business marketing kit site.
  2. Enter your business name.
  3. Under “Your personalized marketing kit,” click Choose other styles and reviews.
  4. Choose a review.
    • To find more review options, click More reviews.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Choose the style and color.
  7. Click Finish  Download kit.
Create a social post

You can create and share your reviews, business hours, and highlights on social media.

  1. Go to the Google My Business marketing kit site.
  2. Enter your business name.
  3. Under “Ready-to-share social posts,” choose what to share:
    • Reviews
    • Business info
    • Highlights
  4. Under the social post you want to customize, click Customize.
  5. Choose the style and color.
    • To find more review options, click More reviews.
  6. Under the social post, choose how you would like to share it:
    • Download or share it on your Business Profile.
    • Share it directly on social media.
Order stickers

You can order or download window stickers to display at your business.

Important: Sticker order is available for a limited time and only in the United States.

  1. Go to the Google My Business marketing kit site.
  2. Enter your business name.
  3. Under “Window stickers for your business,” choose the stickers you want.
  4. Choose how to receive your stickers.
    • To have a sticker made and shipped to you:
      1. Click Mail it to me.
      2. Confirm your address is correct.
      3. Click Send.
    • To make your own stickers: Click Download set.
Create COVID-19 messages 

To give your customers more information about your current business operations, you can write additional details in the COVID-19 materials such as delivery partners or special hours.

  1. Go to the Google My Business marketing kit site.
  2. Enter your business name.
  3. Under “Let customers know about changes to your business due to COVID-19,” choose a message.
  4. To select the message you want on your social post or poster, from the drop down menu, select Change message.
  5. Click Download now.
